Price is based on hanging weight. The average hanging weight of a whole is 700 to 800 lbs. Discounted prices when ordering a half or whole.

IMPORTANT! – Proximity to Horseheads, N.Y. You will be responsible for picking up your meat at the butcher shop at a designated time. Any outstanding balance due should be paid in full at that time. You will also receive the contact information of the butcher, who you may contact with specific requests and questions.
